AAIC 2022: Scientific Posters Compilation August 19, 2022 Signant Health Posted in Scientific Advisory Share: LinkedInTweet Signant’s neuroscience team and CNS experts presented scientific posters at the 2022 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference in San Diego, California, from July 31-August 4. Two of the posters presented original research on the geo-cultural influence on Clinical Dementia Rating Sum of Box (CDR-SB) and Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores. One of them found that average change in CDR-SB scores but not MMSE total scores significantly differ across geo-cultural regions. The other poster found that the strength of the correlation between CDR-SB scores and MMSE total scores varied significantly by geo-cultural regions. Other poster topics explored the impact of protocol design on the relationship between baseline ADAS-Cog Word Recall and MMSE total score, and on MMSE blinded change one year after randomization in early AD clinical trials.
